Everybody seems to be so happy, why am only I in such suffering? If you can meditate easily, you belong to the thinking type. Somebody has to come out of the vicious circle. Why does every child coming out of the womb give so much pain to the mother? Because it is tremendously beautiful but there is a problem. They don't have temples, mosques, Bibles, and Vedas, that's all. Our attitudes and emotions actually change the chemistry in our brain to make us function more or less effectively.3Luckily, negative attitudes and thinking can be changed. If you have lived only in anger, then in death you will see just hell inside you, just fire. If you hit a buddha, only compassion will come out because only compassion is there. The heart is far more civilized, far more innocent. The goose goes on becoming bigger and bigger and bigger, and fills the whole bottle. The conscious is only utilitarian; it is a utility, but it is not life's joy, it is not celebration. Like thousands of wild horses running—that much anger would have burned you! From where do you bring thousands of wild horses? So whatever is done with the body affects the mind and whatever is done with the mind affects the body.
