A Moving Depiction: Organismic Wisdom

So whenever you feel frightened, the one thing to look at is that the body should not be tense. It's circling and creating an energetic vibration that you carry with you in every space that you enter, in every moment of your life. This extra step of categorizing our thoughts rather than reacting to them helps to strengthen our metacognition skills.
