A School Of Thought: From Fear To Love

When I try to treat the symptoms without awareness of the cause of a problem I'm having in my life, the coffee isn't hot enough, I don't like the sound of my yoga teacher's voice, I wish the clients would email me back faster, I want that guy to like me…I want something on the outside of me to make me feel like I am enough.
