Affirm Your Acceptance: Where I'm At

A person who is flourishing will be able to create connections with the people whom they want to connect with. The other's jealousy will push you away; their love can keep you. This is still open to everyone too. In other words, when we notice (and note) the physical sensations that are arising in our body that make up a craving, we are already less caught up in it, simply through that observation. Let go of what you can't control and accept that frustrations, setbacks, and wait lists are a part of life. It wasn't until I got deep into teaching this work that I understood. In some cases, the flowers in these mixes arent even native to the UK: the Californian poppy, for instance, is beautiful and common in meadow mixes but the clue is in its name. As long as you are respecting the needs of others, then you have the right to say what you want.
