Objective Philosophies: Dissolving Physical Pain

We have done a wonderful job of surviving life up until now, but we must realize that life is about more than simple survival. Maybe you're running late for an appointment or you're on your way to work. Not at all. In order to learn to cope with the associated physical and psychological sensations during exposure, you must make sure you are making a hierarchy that is reasonable, and are doing it on a daily basis. It is a journey that involves a deliberate move to learn and the decision to get started. No wonder, so many people's New Year resolutions involve getting in shape and thus gyms and sports clubs get so many new clients in the first week of January. This ancient technique is holistic, as it integrates your experience on spiritual, mental, energetic, and physical levels. Nothing good comes of it. Know that you are not alone in experiencing this.
