Reassuring Overviews: Compassion Protocols

You might do it at work when you're taking a break by making a point of thanking someone for the work she's done that week or telling someone how much you like his outfit. It is useless to drop the physical contraction if the indignation is going to rise and tighten us all up again. We are in the midst of a loneliness epidemic. The mind is full of doubts, the heart is full of trust; they are polar opposites. In spite of the elasticity and spring of the world's interests, there must come often, and with a kind of fatal insistence, the deep demand for a cause, for a justification. Some people need to prioritize alone time because they're always around others, while others will need to work social activities into their routine for the opposite reason.
