Know The Fully Awakened Heart: Unfaltering Reactions
Even when a person feels totally accomplished, they still need to  endlessly strive to maintain their status.   Attentive healers of all stripes have known for eons that belief can play a  role in healing, long before the rise of science.   You will gain insight from the journey that you are on to learn and  identify what you do want and what you do not want from life. After the research phase, we can start considering what ideas and  keywords seem useful to us and what sites, blogs, images, or products  can best inspire us to find the ideal solution.   When you don't see that your happiness is flowering, you become sad.  Why do I give and not receive?   As you close your outer eyes to the external world, imagine your  inner eye opening. You may want to journalize all the feelings you have while you eat  whether it is pride, guilt or shame.   Ensure your words are consistent with the positive example you set for  them.   Try to notice as much as you can about whatever you're experiencing.  An old man? You cannot be angry and you have to go on smiling. Okay, just rest in observing the experience of sadness with kindness  toward sadness and see what happens.   And it's absolutely necessary.   How Does This Help You?   The goal of the following set of practices is to retrain an  inner-obsessed, experientially absent mind to participate in the body's  experience of the world.   But it is good.
