Unquestionable Thoughts: Adding Helping Others
So we tell ourselves the story that it's better to keep to ourselves  instead of putting ourselves out there with new people.   You'll decide what to focus on and attend to.   If you want to make sure you keep your attention on the person who's  speaking to you, try a couple of these tricks that will work for  critical, informational, and empathetic listening situations.   You can choose to courageously step through now, or you can be  dragged through later.   It's not selfish to take care of yourself when you're in pain. Both of these disorders are characterized by stomach pain, bloating,  diarrhea, and constipation.   You can try this exercise if you have any pain anywhere in the body.  Remember, our brains hate uncertainty. There are any number of these dreads and, almost needless to say, all  of them may interfere with health and the pursuit of happiness.   But sometimes the bigger risk is not taking one!   I got so frustrated and sad when nothing was working that I decided  to throw it all away and defiantly declared that I'd never put anything  on my skin again!
