Types of Depression

Think of an example where you were mad or sad on the outside, but on the inside, you were feeling something more tender. If there is an instance your girl actually witnessed, break it down with her and show her your tender first feeling. Ask your girl if she has any examples where she had an inner, tender feeling, and ask her to similarly break it down. Coaching Exercise--Raise the Vibe I explain to my girls that all your thoughts and feelings are energy, and energy is vibration--your vibe. List Your Achievements Think of all the things you have accomplished, then write them down. Make a list of everything you have done that you are proud of, everything you have done well. Review your list when you need a reminder of your ability to get things done and done well. Clarify Your Values Determine what your values are and examine your life to see where it does not live in alignment with what you believe. Then make the necessary changes. Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs When you find yourself thinking negatively about yourself, stop, and challenge yourself. Don't be limited by wrong beliefs. This will give you a point of reference to measure your progress as you work toward your fitness goals. Measure weight, blood pressure, body fat percentage, and resting heart rate to have a beginning baseline. Every few months, measure your progress, and you will see that the more effort you put in, the better your overall fitness will become. If you haven't made exercise a part of your everyday activity, don't worry about it, but now is the time. The payoff is too big to ignore this area of your life any longer.

Stop using excuses or putting up artificial barriers that prevent you from doing what you can. If you're concerned about failure, don't be. While you can learn certain things from success, the more valuable lessons are learned from failure. Through exercise, you will learn your body and mind are capable of more than you ever imagined. #2: No Sleep, No Peace When you lose a friend, you grieve. Eventually you come to terms with the loss and life goes on, but you may be left with a genuine void in your life that you can never fill. There's nothing you can do about it. You have no choice but to accept the situation and, though it still hurts, you do. When drinkers, gamblers, smokers, heroin users, and other addicts try to quit by willpower, they feel they're losing a friend. They know that they're making the right decision to stop, but they still suffer a feeling of sacrifice and, therefore, there's a void in their lives. It isn't a genuine void, but they believe it is and so the effect is the same. They feel as if they're mourning for a friend. Yet this false friend isn't even dead. The purveyors of these drugs make absolutely sure that their victims are forever subjected to the temptation of forbidden fruit for the rest of their lives. These sorts of facial expressions reveal tons a few person than we usually notice on the surface; Besides, this countenance can't be avoided when communicating, making them an important a part of communication. But while survival needs, such as oxygen, are the same for every human being and animal-- although fish, for instance, use different means to get it--your basic fulfillment needs are unique to you. Your complete Success Checklist will only have needs on it--no structures, no means--because means and structures come and go, but your core fulfillment needs are yours forever. So, one more time: a core need is one of the feelings or experiences that is essential for you, a unique individual, to have success or fulfillment in your life. When things are going fantastically well, all your core needs are present for you. You may have one or more means of getting a core need filled. You may just stumble into and out of situations where the need gets filled, or you may have one or more structures set up in your life to help fill it. Often, it can be difficult to tell the difference between a means and a core need. We'd continue to work alongside Jeff, who'd be staying on in sports and weather. There was a trade-off to this good news, however, and it was significant. The network wanted to launch the show in its new incarnation early in the new year.
