Don't make waves or challenge yourself to grow emotionally

In it you will see that I have merged the previous three charts. If the thyroid gland produces insufficient amounts of thyroid hormones, the metabolism decreases and the person gains weight. Other symptoms of hypothyroidism include intolerance to cold, fatigue, achiness, confusion, and constipation (though diarrhea from bowel infections is common in CFS/FMS). The thyroid makes two primary hormones. Thyroxine (T4). T4 is the storage form of thyroid hormone. The body uses it to make triiodothyronine (T3), the active form of thyroid hormone. Most synthetic thyroid medications, such as Synthroid and Levothroid, are pure T4. These synthetics are fine if your body has the ability to properly turn them into T3. Unfortunately, many people with CFS/FMS find that their bodies do not have this ability. Triiodothyronine (T3). Have you prayed about it? Immediately I felt like a third-grader who had forgotten to bring his homework to class. I really hadn't prayed about it; I had just worked on it. I had totally neglected something so fundamental and so basic. The next week, I prayed about the project, gave it to God, told him I'd go whatever direction he pointed, including dropping the whole thing. I said I would follow him. Within another week, my schedule opened up, people came to me wanting the program, and I had the opportunity to create something that really helped companies. Don't listen to entitlement when it tempts you to become your own boss -- to take complete control of your own life.

You have a boss, and his name is God. The key is to be able to see using your peripheral vision. Now, there is something that you need to take note of regarding the color of an aura. You should keep in mind that the color of an aura is subjective. In one experiment, different clairvoyants were gathered, and they were asked to look at the aura of a person. Surprisingly, they have different colors. At first, it seemed that they were just making things up, but a careful study revealed that it was due to the fact that the color that a person would see when looking at the aura is subjective. As an empath, you need to learn what certain colors may mean to you. For example, the color red may be interpreted as anger, but others may see it as love. It is up to you to find out what certain colors may mean to you. You should use this technique and observe the aura of people around you, as well as when you see them having different emotions. So be sure to revisit all of these charts as you read the article and after you read the article. These charts will serve to jog your memory and realign your focus in seconds so that you can continue to concentrate on what matters most and live a life that's more fulfilling, fun-filled and successful. My advice is that you read this article from start to finish and do each exercise as it is presented to you. All change requires an expenditure of effort and the more you give to each of the exercises the more life will give back to you. Most exercises are clearly explained before you are invited to engage with them; There are a number of exercises throughout the article that I am certain you will enjoy and use often. You will be made aware of the power of your breathing on your imagination and how it impacts on the quality of your thinking. This is followed by an invitation to breathe in a way that will start things changing. Next you will be invited to establish a starting point for your journey.

To set some overview, `Big Picture' goals and then to establish what gets in the way of achieving them. T3 is the active form of thyroid hormone. Although in some life-threatening illnesses the body appropriately makes less T3, research suggests that when CFS/FMS occurs, the body may not be able to adequately turn T4 into T3, or it may need much higher levels of T3. Treating an Underactive Thyroid in CFS/FMS What treatment will work best often depends on what is causing your thyroid levels to be inadequate. Common causes of underactive thyroid hormone in CFS/fibromyalgia include: Hypothalamic dysfunction. Your thyroid gland may be fine, but it is not getting adequate stimulation from the hypothalamus and is basically asleep. In this situation, simply taking a mix of T4 and T3 (see below) at the dose that feels best may be adequate. As the CFS resolves and hypothalamic function recovers, it is often possible to wean oneself off the thyroid hormone. Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Will you enjoy that all the time? Of course not. Sometimes the boss tells you to do hard things. But you'll be better off and happier and will reach more goals -- and more worthwhile goals -- when you adopt the stance of humility and dependence. Principle 2: Connectedness -- We Are Designed to Live in Connectedness with Each Other Connectedness, or living in relationship with God and others, is the fuel of life. To be fully known and fully loved is one of the deepest and most fulfilling experiences we can have. We live in a relational world and a relational culture, summarized by Jesus' teaching: My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you (John 15:12). Love comes from him, and we are to love not only him but each other.

Relationship is based on need. This way, you will know just what certain colors may mean. This is an effective way to help give you a signal if a person has good or negative energy. Indeed, being able to see the aura and understand the quality of energy and state of mind that it signifies can help you know if you should avoid certain people. Now, let us move on and discuss how to see the aura psychically. For this exercise, you will need to have a well-developed intuition. The steps are as follows: Look at a person. Now, just memorize whatever you see about the person. Memorize their face, clothes, and others. Now, close your eyes and visualize the person in front of you. There are a number of overview exercises to give you that starting point, along with some fundamental questions that represent the core focus of the article. At the end there is a little experiment for you to try. It shows you how to collapse negative feelings and how to build positive ones in a very simple way. It encourages you to use them to get you into a more positive and resourceful state to make more changes in your thinking and consequently in your life. These drives give rise to your values. It provides the template for your Bio-Imprint Statement and gives a quick review and overview of how to ensure continued happiness. Let me take this opportunity to wish you well. I trust you will enjoy this article and my hope for you is that you experience the same or greater levels of balance, harmony and happiness that I have had in my life since studying and taking on board these learnings. Journey well!

Setting the Agenda for a Happier You In this autoimmune process, your body's immune system attacks and damages the thyroid. This can be diagnosed by a blood test called an anti-TPO antibody. If the anti-TPO antibody is elevated, you likely have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and may need to take thyroid supplementation for the rest of your life. Inadequate conversion of T4 to active T3. In this situation, which is common in fibromyalgia, patients often respond best to treatment with pure T3 hormone. T3 receptor resistance. In this situation, your body is making adequate amounts of thyroid hormone but the areas that it stimulates are very slow to recognize the thyroid hormone's presence. Basically, it's like the cells are hard of hearing when the thyroid hormone signals them to make energy. Because of this, it takes a very high level of pure T3 hormone to get a normal response. But when people find the optimal dose, it is like a light switch goes on in their body. Throughout our life, we will experience stress, frustrations, and hurts. We will be required to make difficult decisions, and we will make hurtful mistakes. The fuel to survive and recover from those obstacles of life comes from the empathy, acceptance, and understanding we receive from others. We also need connectedness in the arenas related not to survival but to fulfillment: encouragement to be creative, innovative, and productive. The Bible points out how much we need each other: But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up (Ecclesiastes 4:10). Relationships bring the right nutrients to the soil of our lives, so that life goes well. In every arena of existence, we see this principle at work: Connectedness is both an end and a means. Not only does it sustain life, but relationship, in a sense, is life itself.
