Lack of several or important needs in one's life makes them change their behaviors towards people and the way they react to different situations. It's not good to guage people from their behavior while you haven't gotten to the basis explanation for that behavior. The way people meet their needs also varies from one person to the opposite. Understanding people's behavior gives you a transparent definition of who they really are.
